GameMasters will place your corporate name and logo on our game board beside other esteemed New York Stock Exchange listed corporations. And in return for this unique advertising opportunity, GameMasters International, may only asks (if you have an active web site) that you accept one of GameMasters' WALL STREET up/down banners on that corporate web site. If your terms are accepted your offering agreement will be signed and returned to you. Your name and logo will be placed on the next printing of WALL STREET up/down. All agreements shall be subject to a right by either party to cancel said agreement on 30 days written notice. However, the sale and distribution of all games produced or in the course of being produced during the agreement period shall not be affected by such cancellation.
